The forward plan is a list of the West Midlands Combined Authority's key forthcoming decisions that will be made over the next 12 months. These decisions will be made at meetings of the WMCA Board.
An updated forward plan is published on the first working day of every month.
The plan includes a short description of the decisions to be made, the date of the meeting where the decisions will be taken, whether the decisions will be made in public or in private, which Portfolio Lead Member has responsibility for these decisions, and the lead officers of the WMCA who will be responsible for preparing the reports. It will also indicate whether the WMCA's Overview & Scrutiny Committee is undertaking any pre-decision scrutiny on the matters before final decisions are made.
