(1) The background to the existing Midland Metro byelaws was noted.
(2) The proposed changes to the Midland Metro byelaws was noted.
(3) Approval was granted to progress the changes in accordance with the powers conferred upon the WMCA by section 49 of the Midland Metro Act 1989.
