-       Where is development needed and what sites are available? Where are they and what challenges do they present?

-       Consider available brown field sites. What level of remediation is required? What is the social impact on investing and developing    such sites, with particular emphasis on the infrastructure to support an increase in homes?

-       How do first two bullet points link to areas of need and deprivation across the WMCA region?

-       Non-constituent areas only, consider if there is a need to develop in the Green Belt?

-       How do we develop a community focus through strategic planning?
